This includes everything listed on the FULL Hypnobirthing Course for each Hypnobirthing 'couple' ( you & your birth partner). You can have up to 5 'couples'. We can hold these sessions online, or I can come to you!
10 hours of content across 3 or 4 sessions, ideally for those who are 20-35 weeks pregnant. If over 35 weeks please see 'Last minute/Mini'.
The Mini course as Bump Buddies
£100 each (RRP £149)
This includes everything from the 'Last minute/mini' course for each 'couple' ( you & your birth partner). You can have up to 5 'couples'. We can hold these sessions online, or I can come to you!
1 full day, 4 hours of content covering the essentials for those who are already over 35 weeks, or who want to know the 'basics'.
